Mr. Hassan has more than 20 years of experience in principal investments, investment banking, and capital markets. Throughout his career, he held senior leadership positions at leading regional and international financial institutions, including Saudi Fransi Capital (BSF Capital), Samba Capital & Investment Management (Samba Capital), QInvest, Emirates NBD Capital, Gulf International Bank, and Ernst & Young.

During his career, Mr. Hassan led and advised on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and principal investment transactions across regional and international markets, including the initial public offering (IPO) of Saudi Aramco.

Mr. Hassan is a Level III Candidate in the CFA Program. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Solvay Business School, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management from the American University of Beirut.
