Profits Maturity Period: The eligibility of dividends shall be for the unit holders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Thursday 08/05/1447H corresponding 30/10/2025G (end of Tuesday trading day on 06/05/1447H corresponding to 28/10/2025G).

Total Dividends: SAR 8,301,279.60

Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Dividends will be Distributed: 103,765,995 unit

Amount of Profit Distributed per Unit (SAR): SAR 0.08

Percentage of Dividend to the Unit’s Initial Price (%): 0.80 %

Dividends Payment Date: Dividends will be paid within 35 business days post the eligibility date.
