Mulkia Investment Company announces the decision of its Board of Directors, dated 20/05/1447 H (corresponding 11/11/2025 G), approving the resignation of the company’s CEO, Mr. Omar bin Abdulkarem Abdullah Al Othaim, due to personal circumstances, effective from 26 Ragab 1447H, corresponding to 15 January 2026G.
The Board of Directors expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Omar bin Abdulkarem Abdullah Al Othaim for his efforts and contributions during his tenure as CEO of the company, wishing him success in his future endeavors.
