The fund aims to acquire two lands with a total area of 5,177.98 square meters in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, north of the Grand Mosque. The fund will then develop these lands to construct two towers comprising fully furnished hotel apartments over the fund's term of 4+1 years. The fund will then sell the residential units off-plan, generating capital gains for the fund unit owners.
