Mulkia Investment announces updating Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT terms & conditions due to resignation of the Board Member Mr. Bader Bin Khalid AlQahtani (Independent board member) and appointing Mr. Khaled Alsuhaibani (board member) on 26/12/1441H corresponding to 16/08/2020 G.

The Fund Board of Directors will have the following members after the change:
1. Mr. Sultan Bin Mohammed AlHudaithi – Chairman
2. Mr. Khaled Bin Ali AlSuhaibani – Board Member
3. Dr. Nasser Bin Mohammed AlSadoon – Independent Board Member
4. Eng. Faisal Bin Ali AlSayegh – Independent Board Member
5. Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Sulaiman AlAmeer – Independent Board Member
