Mulkia Investment Company, in its capacity as the manager of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund, announces the beginning of the subscription in the increasing of the total value of the Fund’s assets through an additional offering starts from today Thursday 24/08/1444H corresponding to 16/03/2023G until Wednesday the date of 07/09/1444H corresponding to 29/03/2023G (ten “10” working days).
At a price of (6.68) Saudi Riyals per unit.
Note that no subscription fees will be charged, The Fund Manager waived the subscription fees, dealing fees, capital structure fees and financing structuring fees related to the additional offering.
