Mulkia Plazas Development Real Estate Fund is a closed end real estate fund that complies with Shari’ah investment standards. The fund invests in the development of Plazas through the acquisition of lands, development of commercial properties (strip mall), and leasing them with the objective of having long-term lease agreements. The fund can also invest in completed projects and /or under construction. The fund’s tenor is four years that can be extended for another two years.
