Mulkia Investment Company announces that it obtained CMA approval to the fundamental changes made in the terms and conditions of Mulkia Saudi Equity Fund as follows: Amend the investment strategy to allow the fund manager to invest in The Parallel Market (Nomu) up to 25% of the fund size. Amend the investment strategy to allow the fund manager to invest in Real Estate Investment Trusts (RIET) up to 10% of the fund size. The new changes will be effective on 16/07/2017. The new terms and conditions will be available on Tadawul and the company s website.
