Mulkia Investment Company announces update the terms and conditions of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund, as of 02/05/1445 AH corresponding to 16/11/2023.
The main updated points are :
- Update items related to the expenses of the Fund’s Auditor.
- Adding a clarification related to the rules of collecting zakat from investors in investment funds in the terms and conditions of the fund.
- Fund Guide Update.
- Updating the executive summary and paragraph 18 of the terms and conditions of the fund to reflect the changes due to the resignation of the fund’s non-independent board member Mr. Khalid bin Ali Al-Suhaibani.
- Update paragraphs 7 and 22 of the Fund’s terms and conditions by adding property manager data for real estate where applicable.
- Updating the supplementary annex of the terms and conditions of the fund to reflect the changes to determine the offer price to increase the total assets of the fund.
- Update on the names of the funds supervised by the members of the Fund’s Board of Directors.
