Introduction: Mulkia Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividend to Mulkia Alajlan Riviera Fund Unitholders, as follows:

Total distributed dividends: 10,400,000 SAR.

Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Distributed will be Distributed: 5,200,000 Unit.

Amount of Dividends Distributed per Unit: 2 SAR.

Distribution percentage of the Net Assets Value: The distribution percentage is 39.63% of the net asset value as of 16/04/1445 AH corresponding to 31/10/2023 AD.

Dividends maturity period: The eligibility of dividends shall be for the unit holders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Wednesday 15/05/1445H corresponding 29/11/2023 AD.

Distributions will be paid (number of days): Dividends will be paid within 10 business days post the eligibility date.

Additional Information: The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their financial institution account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
