Mulkia Investment Company announces dividends distribution to Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Unitholders for the period 01/04/2019 – 30/06/2019 as follows:
- Total Amount distributed is SR 10,200,000
- Cash distributions based on 60 million existing units.
- The distributed dividend amount is SAR 0.17 (17 halala per unit) which represents 1.70% of the unit price at initial offering.
- The distribution ratio is 1.71% of net asset value as of 30/06/2019
- The eligibility of dividend distribution shall be for Unitholders registered in the registery of securities depository center by the end of 22/07/2019 (end of trading day on 18/07/2019)
- Distributions will be paid within 15 working days of the due date.
The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information at the banks to ensure that their dividends are deposited directly in their accounts.
