Mulkia Investment Company –The fund manager for Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund -announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors and the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of a non-fundamental change to Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT fund;
Such change will be effective on 06/04/1443 H corresponding to 11/11/2021 G.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

The completion of the process of converting the fund into a closed -end Real Estate Investment Traded Fund that takes the form of a special purpose entity (SPE).
