Mulkia Investment Company, in its capacity as the manager of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund, announces the starting date of the subscription in the increasing of the total value of the Fund’s assets through an additional offering starting from Thursday 24/08/1444H corresponding to 16/03/2023G until Wednesday 07/09/1444H corresponding to 29/03/2023G. (ten “10” working days)
The additional units will be offered at a (“subscription price”) of (6.68) Saudi Riyals per unit.

Note that no subscription fees will be charged, and the Fund Manager has waived the dealing fees, capital structure fees, and financing structuring fees related to this additional offering.
