It is a private, open-end investment fund that aims to achieve growth in capital by investing in stock opportunities in the Saudi financial market, Arab capital markets and international markets and participation in the initial public offering (IPO) of shares, which aims to distribute quarterly profits to investors, conditional on achieving a capital gain on investment at the end of the quarter compared to the previous quarter. The fund will reinvest its returns provided that the fund distributes all profits to the capital at the end of each quarter after deducting all expenses.
