It is a private open-end investment fund that aims to achieve growth in capital in the medium and long term and the distribution of returns through investing in units of the Saudi REIT which is managed by the fund manager or other fund managers, as well as participating in the initial public offerings of REIT funds that are in compliance with Islamic Sharia regulations. In the event that the fund invests in REIT funds managed by the fund manager, those investments will be exempted from management fees.
