A closed ended medium-term real estate investment fund compliant with Sharia standards. The fund aims to grow its capital in the medium term by developing a land area of 2,336,795 square meters located west of Riyadh. The land has frontages on major roads including King Abdullah Road, King Khalid Road, Al-Oruba Road, Prince Turki First Road, as well as other internal streets. The fund aims to develop the land and sell land plots to investors and end-users to achieve rewarding returns for the fund investors.
